Here's how you can easily import your connections into the Connect 365 software so you can get your message campaigns under way.

  1. Is your file saved in the csv file format?
  2. Is your file saved to your computer? (not simply in your downloads folder)
  3. Does your file include first name and email address? (at a minimum)
